Each deployment is planned to ensure that they will leave a lasting impact. As well as clear, meaningful activities and fundraising goals, you will have the opportunity to take on a unique experience with likeminded and motivated individuals, with a passion to make a positive change!
Jordan Deployment

Mercy for All is recruiting 10 compassionate women to join a humanitarian deployment supporting Palestinian refugee families in Jordan.
This is an opportunity to:
- Deliver humanitarian aid to vulnerable women and children
- Support empowerment programmes helping women rebuild their futures
- Witness the impact of compassion firsthand
- Become part of a powerful circle of women serving women
This will be Mercy for All’s first international volunteer deployment and places are limited.
About the Mission
During this deployment, volunteers will work alongside Mercy for All and local partners to support vulnerable refugee communities in Jordan.
Activities will include:
- Distributing essential humanitarian aid to Palestinian women and children
- Supporting programmes that help women develop pathways to employment and independence
- Spending time with families affected by displacement and conflict
- Learning from local partners about community-led solutions
All logistics in Jordan – including accommodation, transport and security – will be managed by our local partners so volunteers can focus on the mission.
What We Provide
Mercy for All will provide:
- Return flights to Jordan
- Accommodation throughout the deployment
- All in-country transport and transfers
- Full volunteer training and preparation
- Safeguarding and cultural awareness briefings
- Fundraising guidance and support
You will be supported every step of the journey.
Who Can Apply
We are looking for 10 women aged 18+ who are:
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Resilient and open-minded
- Committed to humanitarian values
- Ready to work as part of a supportive team
You do not need previous humanitarian experience.
Fundraising Commitment
To secure your place on the deployment:
- Registration fee: £500
- Fundraising commitment: £3,000
Your fundraising will directly support humanitarian aid programmes helping vulnerable women and children.
Mercy for All will provide fundraising guidance, templates and support to help you reach your target.
Responsible Engagement
Mercy for All places dignity, safeguarding and cultural respect at the heart of every deployment.
Volunteers will receive training covering:
- Safeguarding and protection of vulnerable people
- Cultural awareness and respectful engagement
- Professional boundaries and conduct
- Safety procedures during field activities
These standards ensure every interaction with communities is responsible and respectful.
